How Uterms Works

Thinking at computer... Describe the house you desire to purchase. Using UTerms’ free home profile system, you can provide as much detail as you would like. The more details you provide, the better chance you have of finding the home you are looking for. In order to keep listings “fresh”, UTerms requires potential buyers to log onto UTerms every 60 days to confirm that you would like your listing to remain. Don’t worry, we will send you a reminder.
Homeowners search the UTerms database looking for people who may be interested in purchasing their home. If your description matches their home, they can contact you through UTerms (UTerms Privacy Policy). In order to contact you, UTerms charges interested parties a nominal fee. (Why UTerms charges home owners). It is completely up to the potential buyer to decide whether or not to respond to, or discuss a transaction with, any homeowners. House image

UTerms understands that your time is valuable. It has been our experience that when interested parties are given the opportunity to contact potential home buyers at no cost, the result is often responses and solicitations that do not match the needs of the particular buyer. For this reason, homeowners and real estate professionals are required to pay a small fee before they can respond to each listing.
